I brought a car from the American car Center in Savannah on Aprill 16, 2021 the car stopped working on April 18, 2021 WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. On April 19, 2021 they made me sit in the dealership all day from 8-5 so they could put me in another car. Once I got the other car 20 days later the car stopped working.
This place is absolutely horrible. My daughter in law bought a car from them that has worked for less than a week. She cannot get anyone to answer the phone or even put in a work order for the car to be looked at. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not professional. Everyone that works there is only there for a check. They do not care about the service that they provide!
Doesn't even deserve one star. They get you for your money, charge random late fees to your account, so that just makes me wonder how many late fees I've been charged that have been unnecessary. Lack communication you speak to someone to make a payment and they give you random payments instead of one set payment. Overall bad experience and I will NEVER get a car from American car center again and do NOT recommend it to anyone because you will pay $25,000 for a ****** Versa instead of only paying 12,000 for what it's worth.
This is an awesome company to do business with..I purchased a car from this company on 07/20/2021 and the car quit on me on 07/26/21 They had to have the car towed to the shop which was********************** to fix it.. This place sold me a car and with in days the air didn't work I have been in contact with this business and cannot get any answers.
I purchased a car from them on 5/29/2021 and here it is now August 17,2021. I had 2 temp tags so far and i cannot get my permanent tags. They have not did do paper work so that i can go to the BMV to get my permanent tags. I am now driving around on dead temp tags that expired on 7/29/2021. I am afraid that i might get pull over and get a ticket or better yet get my towed. I tried calling them, but i keep on getting the run around. No one returns my calls or call me about the car. Two guys that worked there sold me a car with a lean on the title. They no longer work there. No one works there has reached back out to me. I called a month ago to speak with someone in corporate, they said a guy would call me. Haven't received a call. No one knows where these guys are. I'm definitely going to report this as fraud. I'm out of $2,000 on a car I cannot get a tag or title for and there's a possible chance the car could get repoed and I wouldn't even know it. Something needs to be done about this place!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE CARS ARE TRASH AND THE WARRANTIES ARE EVEN WORSE! I'VE SPENT OVER $10,000 ON REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND I'VE ONLY HAD THE CAR GOING ON 2 YEARS WITH ONLY 63,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. My car was repo-ed in Jan 2020. The crazy thing is, my car was repo-ed the same night i gave another car company info on my car so that i can trade it in. When i left that car company and returned my car home, a couple of hours later, my car was repo-ed! i was told i owed nearly $2000 to get my car back. i told them to keep it because i could no longer deal with the constant harassment.
