The absolute worst company. Unprofessional. They owe me money they wont give me but want my payment every week
Never ever will i get another car from them!! They are liars!! You only lease...not actually buying!!! They lease a 5 year old car worth not even 8000 dollars for 27000!!!... They say 500 dollars down but when you start signing paperwork its 1000 down that doesnt go to the car amount at all....i hope they close down!!!
I'm looking to give my car back and not because of the car, but because of the customer service department...I'm soooooo sick of them!!!! Very very unprofessional practices. Let's start with they won't answer the phone sometimes when you're calling to pay a bill. they are not understanding people and they will work with you to a certain extinct but i was told that i can not change my payments to monthly but as im reading all these different reviews i see that their are numerous account holders that have their account set up for semi-monthly payments and every month . even the guy that i signed my paper work with he chose my payment day for me and set it up every other week for me and now that i am dealing with cov-19 and reduce hours on the job i can not get them to work with me and ... read more
They are thief's with a license, don't buy a car from these people. Simply stated they suck.
Never Purchase a Car from American Car Center! I know we are supposed to read ALL documents, however the sales representative is supposed to disclose that the vehicle is a LEASE, but they DID NOT! I was told that I had to pay $750 down on the vehicle and approximately 2 weeks later I was told that I needed to pay another $500 down. Purchased a car here 8 months ago (at an insane rate), took all day to complete the process and we were sold a car that had not been cleaned/detailed. Fast forward to a month ago we were in an accident that totaled the car and we were both injured. So we go back in after being customers in good standing to get another vehicle so we can get to work and to doctor appointments and we are told that we have to start over completely and that the down payment may be up to 5 times as much as it was before due to the pandemic. This place is full of it. They pulled my car note out twice within 5 days. I called and they told me they don't see that they pulled it out. I told Cynthia C*** that I have proof via my bank account which she then stated it's not my problem you don't have enough money in your bank account. Again, I explained to her that the company took it out twice hence why my account is now negative $300. I don't know why you are still allowing these people to operate this business. They obviously prey on people of low income and feed them a bunch of lies. They are very smart, but also very sneaky. I will NEVER EVER buy anything else from them. They make you believe you are leasing your vehicle for a year and then it will turn into a regular sale.
