I had a flat tire and had *** come out and put on the spare tire when I looked at the tire they replaced it was completely bald and I could see the silver thread on the tire so I called American Car Center to question them about the wear of the tires because I was told that they were new they informed my that they never put on a new set of tires. This business needs to be shut down!!!! I was out of work due to COVID-19 and had tried to reach out to my rep Yolanda and kept getting ignored. Then all of a sudden I have a "new rep" explains my situation and he just told me to keep him updated. Which I was and all of a sudden they disable my vehicle and was completely nasty over the phone. I've sending emails, calling since the 15th and to this day no one has call me back. I'm so sick of this company and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The best used car delaer in all austin, cars without any mechanical issues, very reliable and friendly place they treated me a very nice way I recommend them 100%. Very reliable business people

If you are looking for a vehicle do not shop with them. I have had a vehicle from them for Under 2 years and have had more problems with it than should be. The customer service at the dealership in Tillman's Corner in Mobile,Al is excellent however they are only baiting you in for the ** that comes with the company in which I feel like targets people by saying low down payments which is false and all the other things that would swindle someone who is not in the best financial state. If 0 stars was possible I would leave that. This company puts you in a Lease agreement. all while you are thinking you have a auto loan. The payments are for 3 years at which time you are then given a "residual" payment. I have no clue what that payment amount is because no one can seem to tell me. Anytime you call to get a pay off amount your told they will email it to you within 48 hours.. You never receive it. I have had my car for nearly 4 years now. Purchased it Sep of 2016. I checked a receipt from May of 2017 and I had 16,459 left to pay. Doing the match, I should be a little under $2,000 now. when I called for my payoff earlier this year, I was told I was right at 6,000. When I called last week, I was told it would come from the title department. I got a letter from the title department saying I owed $8,000 still. I really wish there was an option to leave zero stars!!!!! THIS PLACE IS RUN IN MEMPHIS BY A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! THEY OVERCHARGE FOR THE PRICE OF VEHICLES BY AT LEAST 2-3x the amount! I am currently paying $25,000 for a used Kia Soul ......! The most vile, ignorant, unprofessional customer service i've ever had to deal with. Specifically the Tennessee branch of this god awful company. A few in particular are just repulsive. Tejuana ************* being the most recent. I am a co-signer on an account for my college son. Sometimes I have to call and make payments or arrangements on his behalf. They sold me a car four months ago without telling me they don't have the title. So I'm paying 19000 total for a car that isn't even really mine. Told me I have to wait until the exact car or a car of the exact price comes to their lot so they can trade it out. Unreal. Filing a lawsuit.
