i just explained to this girl that i just buried my mother and no i dont want your sympathy just maybe a little empathy. Jessica does not need this job!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE then hangs up on me!! and they wonder why the suicide rate is so high right now!! this girl needs to be fired!!

I recently got a car from the Chamblee Ga. Location The car was filthy when I received it and my tag expires tomorrow, and when I tried to go a week ago they said my paperwork was still pending and I got the car in May, I have tried to call them to see what's going on and no one can answers, and on top of that which is really pathetic to me. TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE **** They turned my car off after being 1 day late I have had numerous of problems with this company and they always text threaten text messages to turn the car off as well as saying we don't have full coverage but we have had full coverage since leaving off the car lot , and they keep trying to get us to pay 300 some dollars worth of damage fees sayin I don't have full coverage , I have called numerous of times today to reach a rep to turn the vehicle back on and I have gotten no answer , like how ca... read more

I would give no stars if I could! This company is fraudulent! They forged signatures on legal documents turned into the state! I co signed for a vehicle and never was put on the title. This person went to prison. I took over payments and tried to get a tag for the car and wasn't on the title. Becca forged his signature on power of attorney and back dated another form and forged his signature once again. I refuse to do business with a company like this. I was communicating all week 6/13/20210-6/18/2021 with the manager in Conyers, GA, He specified he will come pick me up from Alpharetta, GA 43 miles from his dealership for me to purchase a Jeep from him. He had his salesman Lavell to come pick me up on Friday 6/18/2021 @3:30pm once we arrived back at the dealership in Conyers I didn't see any vehicles that we had talked about prior, the one jeep that was there it was said it didn't pass the emissions so that one couldn't be sold . I purchased a vehicle from American Car Center April 23,2021 this car has been in the shop every week the engine blew a month later they tried to blame it on me saying I put no oil in and I work on cars but if I was covered under a warranty why would I? they claimed to put a purge valve on the week before then the next week it was overheating had a job a hour way they told me to make sure i have coolant I did engine loss power and blew out on the interstate car wasn't overheating before it left ********* shop I have called a... read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible I purchased a 2015 *********** 3/26/21 3/29/21 it was in the shop. I purchase a car from these people. the services and sales tactic are shameful. I had planned to purchase the car, until much later, to my surprise it was lease. This company used a bait and switch on customer. NEVER, NEVER buy a car from these people. They threaten customers to disable their cars, they will ever repossess your car without any notification.
