First off, I bought a 2015 chevy cruz from the blanding location in jacksonville fl. I had the car for not even 48 hrs the car started running hot. Come to find out the car had a hole in the radiator. I asked the sales rep that did my contract since there is already a problem can we just put me in a different car the sales rep informed me that my paper work was already finalized and that it was not possible , I asked for a lender car til my car was fixed I was informed they didnt have one to give out. Hello, My mother purchased a car from American Car Center two years ago and has been trying since August to get her tags through the car company since she has reached her residual. Her tags have been expired since August 2021 and no one including managers have been able to assist her with getting this resolved. My mother has health issues and needs to be able to drive to visit the doctor and pickup medicine but having expired tags have prevented her from doing so. Purchased car on 10/16/20. November repair for ignition switch due to car not able to be started. January 2021 my turbos had to be replaced thankfully they sent to *****. October 2021 my car was leaking oil, mind you I get regularly oil changes, car smoking, making a tapping loud sound from under the hood. I bought a chrysler 200 in june and I made every attempt to pay my car payment. I ended up having to go without transportation because as a similiar situation like many of the customers here my car wasn't maintained when my warranty was valid the only good thing they did was allow me to get a free oil change at pep boys. This car lot is the most unproffesional, misleading, janky business I've ever encountered. They will finance you at a super high interest rate make you feel like they are going to buy a efficient vehicle that in reality almost every vehicle they have on their lot has been bought from the auction and has engine and transmission problems. Leased a car with the sleaziest company I will ever come across these people are scammers gave me a car that had issues and had me go to some run down shop that they recommended to have checked out and couldn't find anything and so I spend all kinds of money thinking g other mechanics knew what the problem was. American car center sold me a car with rust damage. I have taken it to the service department they told me that they can't do anything to fix it. Plus one of the screws for the brakes was missing as you can see in one of the pictures that is connected to this review. I have called the Corporate office and can't get no one to answer the phone anymore I have sent email and still nothing. The rust is everywhere at the bottom of car. It's water damage. First off, I've never thought there where people out here preying on people with bad or average credit ridiculous Sad. You basically try to finesse folks. I'm lost for words with the worst customer service to the misleading of the car salesmen. I'm angry I want my 3,000 dollars back , I had the car 3 months.
