When you call to make a payment or ask a question or something they are very rude!! they act like they don't care about you they just want the money.
It'sa terrible company They are charging me a 100$ late fee and it says late fees are 15$ I'm riding on expired tags they have not have me my sticker I get pentalized in a late payment when they don't answer the phone so I can make it And when I do make that payment and pay my late fee they tell me all that money goes towards my loan and then ask me how am I gonna make my payment after I have them enough money for two payments
If i could give this company half a star I would. They sold me a **** car then wont reply to complaints or requests of exhanging the car when it is only 3 weeks after purchase. Warranty dept dont answer the dealership seeking to file claim to fix for me. Nor do they call back after leaving multiple messages. Im stuck without a car bcuz the one i had n took to see about repairs randomly shut off on me risking my life. Also its at dealership and wont turn back on.
I would not suggest you do business with. I purchased a vehicle, a 2012 Toyota Camry. Put 700 Down, paid 500 month for 2 years, went to trade the vehicle in, for a new Toyota, I had never been late on a payment. Found out they had wrote the "sale" as a lease, I don't know how that is even possible. They wouldn't tell me or Toyota how much was owed. Don't do it. Go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. First they don't let you know that you're leasing a car. My car payment was twice a month and ridiculously expensive. I'm paying way more than what the car is worth. I was in desperate need for a vehicle immediately when I went to this car lot. They definitely took advantage of me and my situation. Late fees are high. They will not let you get behind more than 2 weeks regardless of your circumstances. They do not care. They w... read more
Misleading Customer service in Memphis TN., where I make my payme to are rude. Hard to work with.
American Car Center is the most corrupt business. It's a total nightmare I talk to my therapist, my family, and my doctors about this company. I've been on total distress since I've had my vehicle through American Car Center. Day one with this vehicle, I'm a female so it were my first car I ever got in my name.It were dirty, I know it comes "as is", however I were told the case didn't come with floor mats.? I haven't had my car more than 5 months. The first 2 days of being in the car it was cutting off on me while I was driving it. Since I had this car an Dodge Journey it has been in the shop every 2/3 weeks with an different problem or because where I took it they rushed fixing it and I had to bring it back for them to do what warranty paid them for.. They also financed me the car with 6 RECALLS on it when I heard they weren't even suppose to do that. They don't give out loaners/rentals and send you to knock off auto shops. Th... read more

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Trax from the Greenville location I had the car exactly 3 weeks keep running hot I can't get no return calls out of them at all and I spent I take it to the shop they spent $630 on it and still ain't fixed I don't know what I should do
