Yes American car center is very much a scam switched from two different cars that where no good sent to people that didn't fix the vehicles and they paid them anyway gave two different contracts then one of their works stole have of our down payment and text us talking about he made a mistake and pocket some of the money this is a heavy warning to buyers beware and to American car center if they keep playing with people money about them cars somebody gone get killed it's just a matter of time

Got a car from them in oct 2021 and the motor is gone called them about my warranty and they told me to take it to a shop that they deal with just for American car center to say they wasn't going to fix it because it cost *****. I ask what be done they waited a week to call me back to say *** wants to make a deal and the deal was for me to go let them run my credit to get approve for another car with another down payment. They are rude and very unprofessional on the phone and in person.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Forte 4/14/22 from the location in Marietta and it is now 6/8/22 and I have had multiple issues with ACC and the car itself. The car randomly cut off on me about 2-3 weeks into having it and the warranty assisted me getting the fuel pump replaced and a tune up from *******after 2 1/2 weeks. It is now 6/8/22 and yesterday my car started cutting off again and I have only had it from *** **** maybe a week. Ridiculous company, miss one payment don't want to work with you, sending texts to repossess your vehicle. Everybody goes through something, willing to work with them they choose not to work with you. Check engine light stays on constantly just installed new brake pads when the old ones were worn out,their so called warranty doesn't cover nothing. Staff in Memphis really sucks,very rude and unprofessional, including the so called management. Shut down this company I'm filing court papers for reimbursement. Never would refer ... read more

Very unprofessional told me they were disabling my car because I had told them my house was more important than my car. This is the 2nd time they have talked rude to me and I'm done!

I bought a car ( Volkswagen Passat 2015) Thursday may12,2022 , the engine check light came on Friday may 13, 2022 ... I left voicemails for 2days (sat & sun ) because I was at work .. they tried to give my mom a hassle and then when I was off to go up there and speak to them they said that I wouldn't get my full amount I put down back because I put 500 miles on it .. turns out when I took the car up to********* on pleasant hill ... Purchased my vehicle(2015 Chrysler Town & Country) in January 2022 and my vehicle just broke down 4 months later May 2022. Took it to a mechanic and he told me the engine is done. I think it's ridiculous to sell faulty cars on top of over pricing them. I've contacted American Car Center and was informed that the warranty may not be covered but there might be another option in an additional loan to acquire maintenance or a new engine. I feel as though this is criminal and seek expert representation to take care of the matter.... read more

If I could give this business a zero star I would. After being told I was finished with my payments American car center contacted me a year and a half later to tell me that I had to pay to receive my titles.$3500 dollars later they took 3 months to send me the titles which were from a Memphis Tennessee location. So after going to the dmv to register the titles in my name I was told that it could not be changed over in my name because of the titles being sent from Memphis Tennessee.
