I am a nurse and was witness to a few things that concerned me while my dad was at Altru. What scares me is those who go to seek help and do not know what they should be watching for because they trust the healthcare workers. First while in the ER he was given a bag of antibiotics through his port, we were transferred to the hospital after the bag was completed and the nurse didn't clamp the line so it filled up with blood and became clogged.
