I had three fillings done by Dr. Forsberg. Throughout the process he has been very informative about what treatment he reccomended and why. The doctor is also very, very nice and has kind of a soothing personality, which is great when you have a bit of anxiety at the dentist, like me. The best part was that the shots of numbing agent REALLY only pinched a little! The staff is very friendly. They communicate well with you as a patient. Most satisfying to me is the prompt service. So many places make you wait 10 to 20 minutes after your schedule appointment. Not Altoona Smiles. In fact at my latest appointment, I was in the chair 10 minutes early.
The staff is very friendly and their number one priority is your satisfaction. They address any issues you may have with dental appointments, pain management, budget, etc, and tell you everything up front. Glad I chose them. Highly recommended! Fantastic people!

I have never had a bad experience at Altoona Smiles. The staff and the Dr's are the best. I spent alot of time in the room with Steph and Dr. Nichole and I hope they had as much fun *(as much fun as you can have getting teeth pulled) as I did. Always makes you feel good when you leave.
Dr Forsberg and his staff are always very courteous and caring at each and every visit. They take the time to listen to my concerns and remind me often to "just relax" so the entire experience is as painless as possible. And all them are very courteous from the moment I enter the door to leaving.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to provide wonderful service and make sure all of my needs were met.
The staff, in their entirety, work well with adults and children alike (my 2 year old son & I both see Dr. Eric Forsberg). I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants a pleasant & stress-free experience! I drive to Altoona from the Sherman Hill area of DSM, where we live, to go to Altoona Smiles...and would totally drive further if I had too! We love Dr. Eric!
