The staff is top notch. Very professional and they do excellent work. Friendly staff who will answer any question you throw at them.

I started seeing Dr. Eric when he was in Newton and when he moved his office to Altoona I moved right along. I have always been afraid of dentists due to childhood experiences and Dr. Eric is the only dentist I can see without terror. The whole office is calming, clean, cheerful and FRIENDLY! The staff is professional and gentle. I am happy to recommend Altoona Smiles to everyone I talk to about dentistry and from a phobic, that is a 10 star recommendation!

This was our first visit to Altoona smiles. The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was very homey and comfortable. My college age son was hesitant to go to the dentist, but after his visit was very complementary of the staff and said his overall experience was a very positive one. He only had good things to say about Dr. Brummel and the hygienist that worked with him. He even scheduled a return visit in six months!
