Dentist is not my favorite place to go. I have medication sensitivities and over the years no one really listening and taking me seriously. Dr. Forsberg and his staff listenened and took the issue seriously and did over and above in getting the medication information needed for a safe outcome. My kids are raised and my grandkids are almost raised, and for the first time in my life I have a dentist that I feel safe with. And this group of people are caring and enjoyable to be around. My appointment was to have a temporary crown replaced by the final crown. The staff warmly greeted me at check in. Amber reviewed my treatment plan and provided additional information regarding services that were needed outside of their office. She was friendly, detailed, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood exactly what my out of pocket costs would using two different scenarios. She was so upbeat and happy despite being VERY pregnant. The staff at this location were very helpful and we're able to get me in for a emergency appt in less than an hour. With my fear of the dentist the staff was able to put me at ease and keep me calm while being professional and honest about what needed to be done. Thank you to those individuals who helped me.
It was so great to see the before, after and in between pictures of my crown along with explanations of the process from Dr Eric. As always the staff was kind and friendly.
The staff is very professional and friendly. They explained everything they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable. The staff was well trained and the facilities new and modern. I loved all of the personal touches offered that I've never seen in other professional offices. Amber was especially helpful and great to work with.
