I brought my daughter in for a routine check up and the dentist was really good with her. She explained everything that she was doing and that needed to be done. She really made my daughter very comfortable.
I think your front desk receptionist is probably one of the most friendly people I've met! What a great person to have greeting people when they walk in! I had a couple of fillings today by Dr. Eric and have nothing but good things to say! Thanks for making the visit as comfortable as it could be!
Everyone there is very nice. I typically hate going to the dentist because it can be very unpleasant. Either the staff is robotic, the dentist/hygienist seems uncaring or both. Altoona Smiles is completely different. They all seem caring and compassionate. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nicole and her staff are amazing! I told them how nervous I was about dentists and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door! From the front staff, to the Dental Assistants, to Dr. Nicole, you will notice their friendliness and their ability to put you at ease!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and recommend them highly!!! They live up to their name "Altoona Smiles" in more way than one!!!
First time here, from a referral, and I will be happy to return! Dr Eric is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and knows how to interact with patients. April is a fantastic hygienist who knows her stuff and is professional and friendly, too! GREAT accommodations, the place is swimming in modern technology, which is welcome to this Owner of Teeth. It's nice to actually see inside your mouth to get a good idea of what's going on in there! The instant x-rays, the color photos, the straight-forward approach. Perfect!
