We have had the best experiences at this dental office. Everyone is patient, very nice, and excellent with children!
Parker has had some prior experiences at other offices that made him terrified of the dentist. After his first appointment with Emily and Dr. Eric, he can't wait to go back!
Absolutely love the office and the service was very good. All of the procedures were well explained. Appointment started on time and was given full attention for the duration. Already have recommended to a few of my friends.
The staff at Altoona Smiles are professional and very personable, down to earth people. The care and comfort of their patients are a priority and they truly do care. I had a tooth extraction and I was worried about the pain, except for feeling pressure, I had no discomfort at all. Dr. Eric knew my fear of dentists and the pain involved, he and his staff too great care in making sure that didn't happen. They wrote up an estimate of the cost before the procedures done. The staff figured out a way to get me in and out within 10 minutes on a Friday morning for a quick bite adjustment after work the day before. I am incredibly grateful for all the staff and doctor did to make this happen. Great staff and dentists!!!

Great location, great atmosphere, up to date technology or I'd even say "advanced" technology! The staff is so friendly, super nice, everyone is smiling and happy. It's simply awesome! I have a lot of "dental experience and history" so for me to have a dental appt gives me anxiety….but not "Altoona Smiles" - it makes me want to come back! :-) The décor, coloring, the entire office and staff is "very welcoming". From the front desk to the dentist chair. Not one problem. Awesome experience. Made me feel like I've been going there for years. No hidden charges or surprises. Would recommend then to everyone I know.
