I really, really enjoyed my experience at Altoona Smiles! The staff was incredibly friendly and the exam was thorough and complete. I felt that the doctor actually cared about my experience and he truly took the time to examine my teeth thoroughly.
The staff was super friendly and the office is very clean and modern. I hardly felt like I was in a dentists office. Dr. Nicole was very thorough and I felt like this was the most comprehensive examination I have ever had from a dentist. She is very proactive and stressed the importance of taking care of a problem at the start before waiting for it to turn into a bigger (painful) problem. After a bad cavity repair at another dentist in another town my son's tooth became abscessed...a parents nightmare. Altoona Smiles made time for us, made us feel like family, as if we'd come there for a long time and made a scary situation so calm for my son. You can't put a price on that kind of care! Thank you!
