The care is always excellent! The staff is very knowledgeable and Dr Riedel is very professional!
I think that it's great getting screening(s) on a weekend! Not very long of a wait and my technician is/was wonderful to work with! This experience makes having proactive screen(s) a lot less tedious.
Well my experience was not very good with the ER. I was there with severe foot pain and all they did was take blood to rule out gout. Said that I had what is similar to carpel tunnel in my foot. Well went to my regular doctor when they opened and they did x-rays. Come to find out I have a stress fracture in my foot. So I would say that the care (lack of) that I received was unsatisfying....
I love Alton Memorial Hospital, the staff is amazing!!!
Katie and Trisha were awesome... Very understanding and patient with us... And tolerated a worried Mom very well! Thank you to Ms Toni for the quick triage as well! Kayla is doing better today... Thank goodness!
