They lost my drivers license & insurance card. I have been laying in my room for 2 hours & have not been checked on! This place is a joke, they are in for it for the money & that's it. I highly recommend NOT to come to this joke of a hospital.
Er visit at alton memorial was amazing. Dr. A and nurse Sherry were very attentive and thorough. All the techs were great too! Thanks so much for making my dad feel great about the whole experience. All staff were very professional!!!!!!
We took someone to the hospital because she heard a pop in her leg. She's 81 yrs old. Got in a room and the Dr felt her leg and said it's fine and sent her home. Didn't even OFFER an xray.
Their slow as Shit and the waiting time is about 2 ta 3 hours it u need to really be seen take an ambulance ur better off
The ER is terrible. Insensitive to family needs, slow, and very poor with introducing themselves and with explanations. Inpatient care is ok. Outpatient surgery was great.
I work there and I've been a patient. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else
