Rude staff and never feel like anyone truly gives a crap there, I should not have given it a second chance.
We got here and we're in my hubby room to wait 45 minutes to even acknowledge we were here another 1 and half to get chemo started ....cold in the room..cafeteria sucked along with the help being very impolite and just down right rude and all to the tune of 15 dollars for a supper tray that wasn't even fit to eat...and if I wasn't handicapped I would have told the lady there to stick it....and no didn't have a lot on the tray...I would never refer anyone here, sorry but you need to step up your game....but gotta say floor nu... read more
It was the worst experience ever ! I sat for 5 hours and kept getting bumped I was having severe abdominal pain so I couldn't go to fast track and I wasn't severe enough to get in the regular Er ! I was in a packed room full of puking sick people ! I had always used Alton memorial and the last two experiences I have had there I will no longer go back !!!
Dr fierstein has been my ear nose and throat dr since I was a young kid and over the past couple of years gave me two nasal surgeries cause I couldn't breathe out my nose and he told me it would solve the issue and I asked him to fix the crooked part in my nose too and he says it builds character and after both surgeries the problem is not solved so we go to a specialist who in less then 5 mins told me that the crooked part of my nose is preventing my breathing so either dr fierstein is an incompetent dr who doesn't know wha... read more
My daughter had gone there for a minor procedure and it turned into a 5 1/2 hour procedure. They took us back right away. Dr freeman was very compassionate as was the RN and all the staff. Wonderful experience for a bad situation!
they took very good care of my daughter very understanding and helped me as a mother great staff er 12/20/16 security officer such a nice young man good upbringing thank you all for the extra step please read comments below
