ER is a joke! Went because of horrible withdrawal from an anti depressant to have the doctor tell me he's never heard of that! Kept trying to ask me if I had a uti and did urinalysis at end because I wasn't better...told me it was negative and to go home and take Tylenol! Wtf!! Also had registration lady get me blankets because I was shivering so bad...nurse just told me to be still so she could get a bp! Won't go back again
Very professional from the time we arrived until we left.
Took care of us quickly and everyone was nice and very helpful
The ER department leaves a lot to be desired!! After I got a room 2nd floor, the nurses, techs, and the staff were excellent. Thanks to all of them
I have been to both St. Anthony's and Alton Memorial.. Have every experience been perfect, No!! Have I sometimes waited awhile longer than I should have or wanted to Yes!! But all and all, you have to realize the job they have... I have always have a lost excellent service, there have been a few individuals that seem like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed but all I have and is satisfied with the service they have given me!! The OR nurses were all really nice and answered my questions as best as they could. The surgeon didn't come out after it, but other than that I really liked the nurses and everyone.
It was clean. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. I did not care for the doctor Who did my spinal tap he was not very nice or gentle at all!
