I have been to the emergency room several times over the years. Yesterday was the quickest at getting back to a room and seen that I have ever experienced. I think it was because my husbands doctor called to say my husband was coming and what he wanted done. We gave his name at desk and instead of going to receptionist area to register, we were taken straight back to a er room and nurse was with us in mins. My suggestion to anyone would be if there is time call your doctor first. 😀
There very fast to take care of there patience. I went in for a dog bite. I was in and out less than 2 hrs. Some hostpitals will have you there for hours and hours. I was born there and coming again 30 years later. I will go back any time I need to thank you Alton memorial
My Grandfather is in the ICU in critical condition. All the nurses have been more than kind and accommodating. He has been receiving amazing care. I want to thank all the Doctors and Nurses for all their hard work and dedication.
Just wanted to express my thanks to all the hospital staff that took care of me from this past Saturday when I came into the ER with borderline CHF. They addressed the issue swiftly and found my cardiac myopathy was aggrevated because of some psuemonia I had in my right lung. After a few hours in ER, I was sent to ICU where I met a very pleasant Staff and took great care of me until they found me a bed in the IMU.
