We just had our first service with Alterra, and I am pleased. They showed up on time, they were very polite and explained how the service works. Chris H. was very professional and showed me where our problem areas were. Took the time to answer any questions and was easy to deal with.
Customer: Tim J. I had service done on my home by Danny, out of Anaheim. This is the second time that I was here when he serviced our home, and first of all he was on time. Estimate arrival was from 9am to 11am and he arrived at 9, excellent! He was very polite, thorough, and listened to my concerns and trouble spots on the property. He handled everything very professionally and even recalled some conversations we had on his last visit. He remembers his customers.

On 11-26-14 the technician placed 2 rat traps in my attic space. On 12-11-14 I called to notify the company that we believed the traps had killed one or more rats and someone needed to come out asap to remove the remains. We were initially told nobody was available till the following Monday but after some discussion they agreed to come out on 12-12-14. Danny made me feel really comfortable. He showed me how the trap works. He used our ladder since it wasnt indicated he needed one. The next person that came out had orders to bring a ladder and he did not. Danny has a great attitude!
Be sure to read the fine print. I called to cancel their service due to the fact that I saw no results and STILL have to pay $150 to cancel the service. In addition, I called about six times with no return call. The lady in the office was not apologetic at all and very rude when I finally got a hold of her.
Danny did a great job! He's very thorough and always has a smile!
Very happy with the work that was done and the product used. We have dogs and needed pest control that was pet friendly. Julio C did a great job and hit all the areas of our house and did it in about 30 mins. We definitely want him back!
