I had a prior pest control company, but the sales rep. showed up at my door and told me all these “perks” the company would offer and at a marginal savings. I regretfully signed up with them for a year and fired them today. Supposedly my home was serviced and I was billed back in July. I contacted the company saying the tech never left a ticket (I am usually home to sign for them as I have pets so I make a point of being there). The service I received today from Kyle Nielsen and Josh F. was wonderful! They both were extremely friendly and very informative about their work.They both went well above and beyond taking care of not just the outside but the inside and even our garage.
