The service I received today from Kyle Nielsen and Josh F. was wonderful! They both were extremely friendly and very informative about their work.They both went well above and beyond taking care of not just the outside but the inside and even our garage. They were punctual and took the time to care for every inch of our home which I have to say is is alot of area to cover. This is a great company! My service pro, Josh F. was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Glad that I won't have to have to deal with those pesky bugs anymore!!
Marcus came out to our house today, he was bright and cheerful! Made the process painless for us and our family.
Jason H did a great job. He was on time, a little early even. He explained things thoroughly before hand and followed up with explaining all that he had done when he was finished. I would highly recommend this company.
Josh Fletcher came out to do a re-treatment at my house from a treatment done 4 days prior. I asked Josh to spray the inside where I had problem areas with ants. I also asked him to treat an outside area of the house that did not get done because of a dog. Josh was quick and efficient in doing both areas. Josh was courteous, police, and friendly. Today, our home was serviced by Joshua F who was a gentlemen and a professional and a GREAT representative of Alterra. We walked the property together and I showed him my areas of concern with respect to bugs, spiders, ants and rodents. He took his time and really was thorough servicing the property, wherein I felt the quarterly service we signed up for is paying off. Thank you Joshua F!! You are the WOW factor for Alterra :)
