Great job by Jesse! This was the first visit by Alterra and I was very impressed. I changed from another pest control company to give Alterra a try and if all the employees are as good at their job as Jesse I'll be happy with my change in vendors. Also thanks to Mitch for the great deal on signing up! Keep up the excellent work!!!
Marcus and Patrick from Alterra were super nice and did what they needed to do. The eaves covered with webs and Patrick took his time and cleaned the eaves all around the house. Marcus sprayed inside and when I asked for double spray in the kitchen he had no problem reapplying. They guys were super nice to our dog too. Looking forward to having a spider/ant and all bug free home this summer.

Fantastic and informative service. Gregory V took the time to explain how insects will interact with the kiddie pool and what to look for... and, how he can help. He took extra time to search for wasp nests for us. Very personable and willing to go the extra mile for us. Very friendly and professional
Gregory V was very thorough. He cared as much for my yard as I do, and that's important. After trying 4 other pest control companies, I can say I finally found the one that works and I have not had to call them out for a follow up appt.
