Just had my initial visit from Gregory today and everything about the service was TOP NOTCH! I have a big Brown Widow problem and was able to tell him my concerns and unlike every other pest control company that has been out here in the past, he sprayed my entire perimeter three times, all of the cracks in between the patio tiles, under pots, on my trampoline, got rid of all webs and underneath all of my patio furniture. I was hesitant about signing up for a pest service, but Alterra and my Service Pro, Gregory V, erased all doubts. I love the confidence displayed and the guarantee of service provided. Alterra was the smart choice for us.
I have had a lot of issues with earwigs and spiders over the last 2 years. I have been thinking about pest control service, but it seemed to expensive. Alterra offered a reasonable start-up fee and continued maintenance plan. Gregory V showed up today for my first "treatment" he was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to listen to and address all of my concerns. If the bugs disappear and the service continues at this level, I will be very pleased with my choice.

When we called for an unscheduled visit to take care of some pests they responded quickly and took care of the pest problem in a very professional way. The service technician, C. Quinto, was very helpful and professional. I was very impressed by the service.
We were recommended Alterra by a friend of ours and we were so impressed with the service!! We had wasps everywhere in our eves and C. Quinto came out and ridded our home of all the wasp nests.
