Ben S and Josh F were true professionals. They arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. They answered all questions and were courteous. I hope to see them both again during our next quarterly service.
Today was my initial visit from the representative from Alterra Pest Control. The serviceman arrived 15 minutes early. It was nice to have someone arrive on time or early. The young man, Milton Bratter, was very pleasant and sat down and explained the contract and service that was to be performed. He did the outside first and then came in and treated the trouble spots inside the house. When the job was complete, he asked if there was anything else that he could do. Alterra has wonderful customer services. Jason Henry on of the Service Pro came out to our house after we could smell a dead something, he was quick and efficient and removed the dead rat for us with no problems. Jason was very professional, kind, and made a rather unpleasant experience a wonderful one. Thank you Jason Henry and Alterra for your help!
Our Service Pro Gregory was the best tech by far. He took more care than anyone else to explain what he saw and what he did... and why. We'd give him 5 stars, though unfortunately we can't give the office 5 stars. For our very first visit the tech left a lot of spiderwebs. We called and they sent someone else a few days later saying that our tech didn't have one of his long web-poles or whatever. AJ Harper was our Servie Pro and he was very thorough. This was our first time with Alterra and I was happy with how professional AJ was.
I just switched over to Alterra after moving into my house. Marcus was the service tech that came by. He was very courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and informed me about the different pests that I could expect to find and where they hide out. So far so good!
Mike brown was our Service pro. He was amazing. He did an awesome job and was done in no time at all. I would recommend him and the company to everyone.
Great service by Alex B! Showed up exactly on time and was very thorough. He explained exactly what he would treat for, then checked in with me when he was done. Wonderful service.
