Just had an excellent experience with Jesus R of Alterra Pest. He was on time, well dressed and well spoken - a real professional, he completed the task quickly and expertly. This was a follow-up to take care of something that was missed during the regular service. Alterra stands behind its promises.
Jon L - Gregory V and James G are always professional. They check in when they are here and always ask if we have any issues of which they need to be aware. We have not had a pest issue since we began using Alterra in June 2012. When we call for service in between regularly scheduled appointments Alterra is there within one business day. Couldn't be happier.
We just had our first service with Alterra, and I am pleased. They showed up on time, they were very polite and explained how the service works. Chris H. was very professional and showed me where our problem areas were. Took the time to answer any questions and was easy to deal with.
Customer: Tim J. I had service done on my home by Danny, out of Anaheim. This is the second time that I was here when he serviced our home, and first of all he was on time. Estimate arrival was from 9am to 11am and he arrived at 9, excellent! He was very polite, thorough, and listened to my concerns and trouble spots on the property. He handled everything very professionally and even recalled some conversations we had on his last visit. He remembers his customers.

On 11-26-14 the technician placed 2 rat traps in my attic space. On 12-11-14 I called to notify the company that we believed the traps had killed one or more rats and someone needed to come out asap to remove the remains. We were initially told nobody was available till the following Monday but after some discussion they agreed to come out on 12-12-14. On 12-12-14 the technician at some point came, sprayed the front yard, left a note and left the premises. At no time did the technician attempt to call us or ring the doorbell... read more
Danny made me feel really comfortable. He showed me how the trap works. He used our ladder since it wasnt indicated he needed one. The next person that came out had orders to bring a ladder and he did not. Danny has a great attitude!
Danny did a great job! He's very thorough and always has a smile!
