Their compassion made me feel like they cared about me, my car, and my situation. It is hard to find that kind of service anymore...it reminded me of the good old days back in the 1970s when my dad took me, as a boy, to a small local auto shop.
Bill, at Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair, has been a great transmission guy for 20 years. I couldn't give him more than a AAA plus. I am perfectly satisfied. Everything is always positive, and I have no complaints on his work. AAA plus, as I say.
This was my first experience with Allstate Transmissions and the offered me exceptional service. I will definitely go back to them for any future automotive service needs. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work.
I called the DeSoto location and asked for a quote to repair/replace my transmission. I was asked a series of questions about what I had been experiencing. He said it sounded like an electrical issue and that if I would bring it in the next day; they could look at it free of charge. When told the hours of operation, I looked at the clock, and they had been closed for 30 minutes. I was shocked that anyone even answered the phone after hours.
