I was introduced to Mitch at Allstate through a friend who owns a car repair facility. Problem was my friend works only on Honda and Acuras and I drive a Ford Excursion. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car I was completely impressed and satisfied. VERY SATISIFIED! I took my recently restored 1968 Cutlass to Allstate to fix a transmission leak. Apparently the trans is an odd one - a 2 speed automatic. Mitch looked at it and gave tne option of repairing the leak or upgrading to a Turbo 350 3 speed. Decided to do the up grade and I am so happy. Price was very fair and it was done on time. Car runs and shifts like new! Lots more get up and go too! They did a great job and even pointed out a couple of issues my restorers missed. I highly recommend Allstate Transmission.
Spoke with Mitch today about Rebuit Transmissions. He spent alot of time answering all of my questions. Would have my vehicle repaired there this week if i could but --- i live in New Jersey ! If you live in AZ i urge you to contact this Honest repair shop ! I have contacted an ATRA certified shop in my area, and hope to have good news soon ! Many Thanks to Allstate !!!!
I am glad I took my Mazda into Allstate Transmission. My car started jerking whenever I pressed on the gas and was told that I needed a new transmission. Mitch at Allstate said that they would check it out for me and let me know. I asked him what a full rebuild would cost and he gave me a great price telling me that they would also guarantee it if they did the work… well I took it in fully expecting to get the call saying I would need the rebuild…. These guys are the best at what they do. Mitch and Nicole have great customer service, and the quality job they did putting an overdrive transmission in my 32 Ford was outstanding. My club recommended them for transmission work, and I'm glad I took the advice. I'm a customer for life!

I have had bad after worse experience with supposed "reputable" shops in and around DFW and I had lost hope in mechanics and shops altogether until I finally took the advice of at least 8 good friends who challenged me to take my car to Bill at Allstate Transmission. What had been quoted to me as between a $6,304.00 to 8,412.00 repair job was done and finished in the same day for $700.00. I was told by three different brake shops and auto shops that I needed four full break replacements and also that I had very serious engine issues and needed a full engine replacement at two auto shops in Dallas. Friends convinced me to take it one last place before killing it. Bill at this shop called me 2 hours after I'd dropped it off. They needed only to replace the PADS in the two front brakes and installed a new started--he said the rest of the brakes were fine and the engine was also fine.
