Here at Allstate in Desoto I have been treated with perfect courtesy, honesty and service that goes beyond fairness. I was so impressed with my initial contact with them that when I needed my engine replaced, I had my car towed from more than and hour away, and it was definitely worth it.

Competent, Polite and Fairly Priced! I have never been so impressed with an auto repair shop. If I ever have a problem with my car again i will call the guys at Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair without second thought. I'll be a customer for life.

I got wonderful service Bill and the mechanics were great. I thought their prices were reasonable and fair and they did all my repairs in a reasonable amount of time. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone.

Whatever you do, avoid this place. Bobby is a smooth talker who has your back until you hang up the phone. He kept my car for a week, tried fixing three things. That didn't work so he towed it to the dealer and he would not authorize repair. It turned out when they "repaired" my car they fried some electronics so it ended up being about 2 grand by the time it was all said and done. It took three weeks and my car was sitting waiting on payment dispute for more than two of those weeks. My car is a three year old with no previo... read more

Honest Shop, excellent service, have never been sold anything I didn't need. Several times I thought I was in for a larger repair and they surprised me by finding something much smaller that corrected the problem. All my family and friends take their vehicles here, these guys really rock! I recommend them highly to anyone.

My husband drove my car to the shop (in first gear) and after a test drive, the only issue was a sensor that had come unplugged. They plugged it back in and didn't charge him anything. My husband worked in automotive management for years and came home bragging about the service he received from Bill. Awesome service both on the phone and in person. I will definitely suggest this location to anyone needing repairs done to their cars and will go back again the next time I have an issue.
