Their compassion made me feel like they cared about me, my car, and my situation. It is hard to find that kind of service anymore...it reminded me of the good old days back in the 1970s when my dad took me, as a boy, to a small local auto shop.

I called the Desoto location on a Monday (not sure who I talked to) and asked for a quote to repair/replace my transmission. Most places would have given me quotes and that would be it. Instead, I was asked a series of questions about what I had been experiencing. He said it sounded like an electrical issue and that if I would bring it in the next day; they could lookat it free of charge. Allstate Transmission took great care of me. Very good customer service and work. They had my transmission fixed in just a day and it works perfect. They were honest and friendly and I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the first shop I've been in that was that clean and didn't smell like a grease bucket. First Class!

This is an awesome place to have your vehicle repaired! I thought I needed a new transmission, because it stopped shifting completely. Several other places told me my transmission needed to be rebuilt with costs ranging from $1200 to $1800. Allstate checked my vehicle out and found the problem to be a small electrical part, the whole process took only about 90 minutes and the repair only cost me just under $97. I have used Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair three times, it has been a good experience each time. The last two times I worked with Tony, and Tony has always been great. The first time wasn't that great of an experience, and I wasn't going to go back there, but Tony handled the situation. Now I am very comfortable going back and comfortable recommending them.
