Went in for a Kia Optima , Carlos was amazing ! He helped me out a lot and walked me through the car buying process, he made the whole process easy and was very informative!

I went early ast year to get a new car. I wanted a Kia optima and talked to the salesman David who was rude as hell. He took my info asked what I wanted to pay a month and I gave him a price and he told me for that car your gonna pay $560 a month,he didn't even ask if I had a down payment or was trading in my car. So I left and went to Rotolo Chevrolet and got a new 2016 Malibu with no problems.

When I purchased the vehicle nothing was explained about the warranty. Luckily it's not my first Kia. When it comes to the service department. They never answer their phone. Waiting on hold every time for more than 30 minutes to make an appointment. I went in to make an appointment 1 time and was told it would be 3 weeks because they were busy. How can you be busy if you don't answer your phone to make appointments? They send out several emails telling you to make appointments online but the website says there is no availabl... read more

I had an appointment to get HomeLink installed in my new KIA Soul and to my delight when my car was finished, I saw that they had also washed it!! Very nice guys in the Service Dept.and the free car wash was a bonus. Well done, All Star Kia!

These people are crooks look out for Victor and his boss named jose these are low life cheaters and con artist they promise you one thing then turn around and give out every reason why they can't hold up their end of the deal with scare tactics and false information they suck we got a major screwed.
