Bad customer service! I purchase my 2016 optima here and had problems with it a month later, called and denied my visit, according to them if no check engine light is on sorry we can't help you, called today during business hours, didn't answer, shoot me to voicemail and still waiting for a call back because my car has gotten worse, hoping to schedule an appointment soon.�
I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman who knew what she wanted but my experience in 2015 wasn't that great. But thanks to Joseph & Dominick "the brothers" for making this experience better. I literally didn't have to stick around for hours and we got straight to the point. I didn't feel rushed and I got exactly what I wanted... I love my 2017 Kia Sportage. I've actually recommended this particular dealership (salesmen & finance team) to friends who see that I love Kia's
