I called and asked questions twice regarding an add that I received and both times I was lied to. I drove 30 miles with 3 babies both sales guys knew excaclty the 2 cars I was looking for and price "which was on the add" and nope they didn't have it after tell me they had over 20 of each. They of course had alot of cars at a higher price that they would gladly help me out with. Just wish they were honest. DB!

Need to improve on addressing customers needs, I had purchased a Kia Optima back on December, first time it went well , service was good, second time around I brought my sister as referral but salesperson that was helping us looked half of sleep, then manager named Javier came to help us we thought , when we asked about a deal on the Kia website pretty much said those deals are just a catch and won't honor it then instead of try to build rapport and show us other option he just blew us off, my sister ended up going to spring... read more
