Customer service almost non-existant. Website returned only 1 of 5 requests for information. When putting numbers into my computer was put on hold, then voice mail came on and not contacted again. Don't fall for their line of being part of the Allstar family. Then again maybe they do treat you like family that doesn't get along.

Best Kia dealership hands down. Arsenio and Carlos took care of the whole process hassle free and great customer service as well. Got exactly the car I wanted in the color I wanted thanks to them. 2015 Kia Optima SX Turbo is one of the best looking cars on the market with with that awesome warranty you can't beat the price. Bad deals, Service sent my wife home with bad brakes then a couple weeks later as she heard the scraping again they sold her brakes. Hooked us up with a loan company that is a nightmare. I called the owner who never got back to me. Then they had the nerve to call me and ask if I wanted to buy another car. I told them I already have from a reputable dealer.
Got my 2015 kia optima last night, the service here was amazing. J.J was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all the questions I had and showed me a numerous selection of cars so I had choices! I definitely recommend coming here for all your car needs!
