Extremely poor marks. Lied to me repeatedly just to get me to come down there. Had one salesman try to poach me from another salesman. Then the original salesman did not even have the nerve to come tell me he had lied to my wife and I repeatedly. Worst part is their lying made me miss out on a deal with another dealership that in hindsight was legit in their intentions. It was the worst experience in my life. I had a kia optima for two months and they kept wanting new contracts and more money down. I got my old car back with 2 dents, and stolen license plate and missing mats. And the down payment of 2500 dollars they won't give me back. I was also asked out by the finance guy named Mojo and sexual harassed. I would never buy a car from these people. The owner is a jerk, he won't take responsibility for anything. And I will be seeing them I court very soon.

Bought a brand new Optima. There is a sound coming from the tires so we took it to get check and they couldn't check it because the key to the lug nuts broke. Went and bought a new key from the dealership, also broke. Asked to get money back on the key since it's clearly a problem on their end. Manager would not agree and after all the commotion he started writing VIN number. When we asked why he was doing that he said so that next time we went to get our car service they can make sure to make us wait. They only care about m... read more

All star kia was a great helpful place ....I had a great experience and a GREAT sales man: Joe Covarrubias people if you need a car he can make it happen! Very nice people working there

Thanks to Joe and the team @ Kia San Bernardino .... However it would have been a blessing if you had bottled water for us...maybe pastries or chips.. something! Buying a car is a long and arduous process that could of been a lot more comfortable with a few simple amenities.
