BEWARE: They will do whatever it takes to get you to buy a car. Even telling you to falsify paystubs. My daughter walked in pre-financed and they screwed that up to, by trying to make commission off of presenting her to the same credit union and then telling her she is "financed". Then we they got caught because there were 2 loans trying to go through, and the credit union now has decided not to finance either deal. They won't take the car back. After a couple of fits and starts we made a great deal. James was the hardest working salesman ever.
Five stars for me
The worst customer service in service. The did not put the plug back on right after my oil change and then when they were to make it right with a free oil change the next time after having to have them fix everything, they couldn't seem to work with my schedule. Toyota serviced my car same day
