Parents went to service desk for kia they purchased from here on Monday and the workers there were very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend any business with this location. They have had the vehicle for a week and have not been able to give any updates nor care to give any.

Took my car multiple times to Riverside Kia to get serviced. They wouldn’t do anything. Said there was nothing wrong , my car had a engine knock and was using a quart of oil a week. Got tired of being treated so bad at Riverside Kia I took my car to Allstar Kia. They listened to my concerns said they would check it out, 3 days later got a call that my car needed a new engine!!!
