Obviously anything to make a sell with this KIA dealer, this place has the wrong information about buying and driving a car without a license!!! I was just told by the finance manager that's a lie that you need to have a license to drive on the street, but I just called the Rialto PD to verify if I was misinformed about the driving law and having to maintain a valid driver's license.I was told that if you drive on a public street you have to have a valid driver's license if you get pulled over your car will be impounded and ... read more
