Absolutely horrible service we ordered a bed from them thinking that it would be a simple process in the meantime we are still awaiting the bed to be delivered to us even though the delivery service they work with in Atlanta Georgia is still inspecting the products there has been numerous pieces broken. when we contacted the lady that deals with everything through alliance furnishings she told my husband that once it leaves to go through the shipping and once they release it to the truck they are no longer responsible for th... read more

Avoid at all costs! I chose this “vendor” because they had the best price online. Well, you get what you pay for. Buyer Beware: Alliance is simply a “middle man” that has no direct control over product, shipping, or furniture quality. My large box came damaged, several wooden parts were damaged. You are correct with your observation. We do not make the furniture and we cannot ship or deliver furniture to you. If you buy furniture that is cheap then you could or may have quality issues. Only received 2/3 of my sectional because they lost the love seat so they had to order a new one. It has taken a month and a half and still have not gotten the rest of my furniture. They say it’s on its way and will not reimburse me for the wait saying they already paid for their mistake by buying a new love seat like that was my problem.

The freight carrier lost part of your order. Not normal but it does happen.Once we found out the piece was lost re-ordered from the furniture manf. We had to pay for this to correct the problem. We have been out hundreds of dollars to rectify the situation. I would say we busted our butts to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a bedroom set on March 1, 2019. Delivery stated it would be here in April. I tried to call customer service on multiple occasions and was never able to reach them. I had to call their sales department and have them contact customer service for me and "make" them talk to me. When I finally got the delivery scheduled the headboard to the bed was cracked from top to bottom and the rails were scuffed. I sent the bed back and they ordered a replacement. STAY FAR AWAY!! I ordered an outdoor patio table from Alliance Furnishings February 2018. Before the end of summer, the table and chairs were cracking, chipping, and in terrible shape.
