I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home furnishings. I needed a particular dresser from Coaster which Alliance Furniture carried. The order and delivery were smooth. The piece unfortunately had bent legs so it was sent back. I had ordered this dresser from Wayfair 3 other times with the same issue so it obviously is a manufacturing issue on Coasters part. Due to the corona virus, my china cabinet was a bit delayed, but it did arrive—no damage. I was impressed by the personal customer service I received from Debra (the owner of the company) to answer some questions that I had about my delivery. This has been my first experience with your company and though we did have an issue with th order, I'm impressed with my interactions with everyone I've encountered. (Special shoutout to Debra! For the first time in a very long time, I felt like I was talking to human on the other end of the line. No canned answers and a wonderful mix of professionalism, personalism and empathy that is so rarely seen today.) Keep doing what you guys are doing!
We had a few problems with the first piece of furniture we ordered. It took a several weeks working with coaster, not alliance furnishing. The owners of Alliance were extremely helpful in resolving our issues with the first piece that was damaged and unable to replace a part because it was a new item, Alliance arranged to have a new piece ordered and it was perfect! We will definitely order from alliance again.
I purchased a fire pit and 4 chairs from Alliance Furnishings. I admit, I was a bit nervous at first because typically, I purchase directly from the vendor or manufacture. You never know what kind of organization you are dealing with on the internet. When my product was delivered, it was scratched and damaged. Company was very responsive to a problem with local transport company and Alliance resolved that problem in less than 48 hours which means over the weekend and the furniture was delivered by a professional team before noon on Monday. Furniture is beautiful and well made. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I have never been so disappointed as a consumer. I ordered a bed in April. As of December 11th- I have 1/2 a bed. After waiting 7 months for a bed- it was delivered incorrectly and now I am STILL waiting for the top half of a bunk. Nothing was offered to us for the trouble this has been. This family business knows what it means to give great customer service. I was leary to make an online purchase through a company that I did not know for such a large purchase. Boy did they come through. With great pricing and fantastic customer service. I will look here first for any further furniture purchases I make.
