Grayson in sales and Debra in customer service were very pleasant and professional My office desk came with a manufacturer defect. Debra made sure that I received perfect replacement parts . I am now enjoying my beautiful office furniture
This family business deserves five stars! I ordered a beautiful kitchen island and found out it was out of stock. However, the sales team immediately offered to substitute it with another one that was in stock. I decided to wait for my first choice. When the island finally arrived, it was busted in several places, due to the movers. I was devastated! Alliance Furnishings provides excellent customer service if my experience is any example. I ordered a Power Recliner through them. After delivery, Raby, in customer service, helped me faithfully resolve a problem with the power feature which wasn't working after the chair was assembled by the delivery people. It's scary to make a big furniture purchase from an online company, but we have nothing but great things to say about Alliance Furniture! From start to finish, they were outstanding. From the lowest price we found on our loveseat to the exceptional customer service! Because of Covid, there were some delays in delivery and they kept in touch with us every step of the way and were quick to respond to our emails. We highly recommend this company!
Alliance Furnishings offered (by a quite significant amount) the lowest price on the internet for the piece of furniture I was buying. They communicated clearly and often to apprise me of the status of the order. When, through no fault of their own, the furniture was damaged in transit, they responded very quickly, thoroughly, and courteously, ensuring that the item was re-shipped. Very happy with the product purchased. Very easy to communicate with Alliance Furnishings and they were very responsive when concerns arose. Took a bit longer for item to arrive than I had originally anticipated but the cost savings made up for that.
The very best! Recently divorced and starting over is very stressful. My heart was so set on this furniture and alliance furnishing made it possible even during this pandemic!
