SUPER customer service! This small company far exceeded my expectations. After buying office furniture at a local store in NY, I searched the internet to see if I can find a matching entertainment center and my search brought me to Alliance in Texas! Due to many different issue, the manufacturer was delayed in sending my entertainment center but I got frequent updates from Alliance. When the furniture arrived, one of the shelves was damaged. I had a drawn out experience that resulted in the delivery of my furniture after a protracted period; but with a customer service rep that was with me with weekly updates and follow-ups. While I am bummed out that the furniture took multiple months to arrive, Monica O was outstanding in making sure I did not feel abandoned in the process. If I had a business that needed a customer service rep, I would do whatever I could to steal Monica away from Alliance. I cant say enough good things about Alliance Furnishings. Absolutely the best people I have ever done business with. They definitely deserve 10 stars or more.
Debra and Alliance Furnishings did a fantastic job throughout a difficult process. We were ultimately issued a full refund after the table we ordered had some issues that made it unusable for us. Debra was prompt and understanding in all of our communications. I would feel very comfortable purchasing from her company again and have no problem recommending her to others as well. They did everything you would ask a business owner to do throughout the process.

Great to deal with and nice furniture. I am always a little nervous making larger purchases online but the delivery process was as expected and I believe earlier than we thought. There was some damage to two of the pieces of furniture but the owner worked with us and we came to a mutual agreement on what to do to resolve it. Even after everything was done they followed up to ensure we were satisfied, apologize for the issue and thank us for the business. This company is incredible and their furniture is extremely high quality. Not only were they extremely pleasant to deal with when my furniture first came but I have now had my bedroom set for over a year and it has truly stood the test of time - it looks like it arrived yesterday! I am still loving it and I am so thankful that I was able to get it through such reliable people like Mark & Debra.

This is an exceptional company. I spent weeks researching lift chairs to purchase for my Father. I settled on them because of their great prices on high quality items.
