If I could give more stars I would!!!! Great company with outstanding customer service!!!! Best price online by far. I had just an all around wonderful experience. I will shop here for all my furniture needs in the future. Alyssa was the bomb with keeping me updated. Give that lady a raise lol

Great Pricing! We had a wonderful experience with our online purchase through Alliance Furnishings. The pricing was the most competitive for the Hooker sofa & loveseat we purchased. Alliance was timely and detailed in keeping us informed of our purchase and delivery. So glad we went with the White Glove Delivery, worth every penny. The White Glove service was professional, timely, and perfect in every detail. Thank you Alliance for a wonderful online purchase experience!

When I received my order there was a manufacturing defect on some of components. Once I’ve informed the store about the issue, Raby quickly approved and ordered replacement parts. He frequently checked with the manufacturer to expedite the order progress, sending me frequent updates. Great customer service!

Just received my bookcase. Experience was awesome. Was initially nervous about ordering furniture online, but Monica was awesome during all the pre-delivery activity and was super responsive. Managed to get the bookcase about $200 cheaper than everywhere else I looked too. During delivery, the delivery company didn't put the furniture together, which I don't blame Alliance for, however the delivery company wasn't great as they were late and didn't know how to put the furniture together. I discovered damages to desk top when it was unpacked, and Raby worked with me and the furniture manufacturer to have the damaged piece replaced quickly. I would strongly recommend Alliance Furniture, their customer service is second to none!

Probably best customer service I’ve ever received. Our furniture arrived but unfortunately had a small defect an needed to return or exchange. Due to a family emergency we weren’t able to open the box within the time limit and only found about it outside the return period . I spoke to Raby about it . He went above and beyond trying help us. Alliance has phenomenal customer service and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking to have a pleasant purchase experience.
