I recently purchased a dining table. After it was assembled, two chairs cannot be adjusted to prevent wobbling. I brought up the issue to Debra Ellsworth, Alliance furnishings. She is very professional, and has patiently addressed my concerns and brought the issue to a happy resolution. I want to sincerely thank her great efforts, and would highly recommend Alliance furnishings to all my friends. Their custom services are among the best that I have seen.

Alliance Furnishings truly deserve more than 5 stars! We ordered a reclining leather loveseat and sofa from Catnapper back in February 2020. Due to the pandemic, we didn't receive it until May 2020. We were totally understanding and remained patient throughout the entire process as we waited for our new furniture to arrive. However, when our set finally arrived, we were disappointed.
