My salesman Bill Wagner was awesome and easy to deal with. Straight forward guy and very accommodating. The deal went smooth and even even got me a better rate than my bank. They even delivered the car to me at work which was 2 hours away from the dealership and picked up my trade. Thanks for making my car buying experience easy.
Terrible customer service, calls not returned, low balled on trade, just flat out rude to deal with, if they feel they may have to do any work above the minimum to sell you a car, they will blow you off and never return a call.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! We did everything online so everything was ready to go when we got to the dealership to pick up the car. We just went in and signed the paperwork and drove away. Everyone who helped us were all so wonderful! Thank you Allen Samuels Direct!!

It was an overall "okay" experience. I purchased the car, but felt there was some real ethical issues at hand. Without being told, I saw they had slipped in a charge for "window tinting" for an extra $495. This was never discussed in the listing or during our discussion. Fortunately, they retracted the charge. Bargaining for a mutually beneficial interest rate was also a pain, and it appeared they were much more flexible in changing those costs than they wanted me to be initially aware of.
