BEST carbuying experience EVER! Sam not only contacted me but texted me a personal video showing me the car and all of it's features. Talk about service! Based on that video, I made an appointment to view. Took me almost an hour to get the dealership and bought the car that afternoon. Sam was great to work with, super nice, no haggling, fair price on the car. Took about 15 minutes to go through the deal and get all papers signed. I bought a 2014 fiesta st and it had issues driving it off the lot. (needs new clutch,tps sensor and tire) granted they currently are fixing the issues but fail to update me . I call no one answers, leave a message no one responds, I ask for management cant get a hold of them either. I'm running into not only mechanical issues but trash customer service issues and I've only had the car a week. I warn anyone who wants to make a purchase here to stay away.
