Allen Samuels was absolutely amazing to do business with! Several employees emailed me back and forth. Finally I asked for some pictures of the car. That’s when they realized the car had gone to auction because it was found to be of low quality. They don’t sell junky cars.
I haven't purchased the vehicle yet but the responsiveness has been great.
Answered my first inquiries but when asked them to send me more pictures and a video of the vehicle they said they would but never did, so I purchased from a different dealer.

Made arrangements to meet Jim to test drive the unit. Arrived and after too much chatter (30 minutes) about AS and their process we went out to the car. Started the car and the A/C did not work. Back to Jim's cube and more chatter. After another 30 minutes we asked when we could drive the car. Jim went to check and said the car would not be ready any time soon so we had to leave. They were helpful, but we couldn’t agree on the price
They contacted me. Told me about the truck sent plenty of emails and when I had my credit ran they sold the truck. While I was having my credit ran. Not happy.
The salesman was aggressive but a likable guy. The sales manager pulled the old school crap I don’t care for....holding my keys, I can’t test drive the car without making a deal first, walking the lot when I was obviously nit interested in anything else. It all seemed a waste of time. I walked by his office and overheard a snide comment to the salesman. As a professional, don’t deal that way. I cannot comment on the actual purchase experience because I ended up going a different route, but I can absolutely give them 5 stars based on the shopping experience. From my initial phone call with Justin to actually showing up and checking out the vehicle with Sam they were straight pros. No pressure applied, they asked the right questions, and you can tell they genuinely want to help you find what you are looking for.
