Mr. Johnson is a cool guy who is willing to work with you. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle due to timing and other reasons. Maybe if I planned better, I probably would have bought the car from Mr. Johnson.
I worked along with Dylan on my transaction and never felt to pressured it was fantastic and would definitely recommend it.
Was willing to answer all of my questions and did so in a very timely and professional manner, which I greatly appreciate.
We had all the final numbers drawn up, I got the financing secured on the car, and they even wrote out a purchase order with my name on it. Whole deal was a go, then they sold the car to someone else the first chance they got. Why? Because I was an out of state buyer with my own financing already lined up. And worse, they sold the car on a Saturday AFTER I’d just called them that morning to get an email address so I could send over the order for my bank check. Sales was very cordial and helpful. But reason for the 3 stars is the fact that we had to see the car literally getting an oil change? And when we did, we saw the inside leather was beginning to wear. Neither us nor the salesman could explain how a vehicle with less than 10K miles was that worn. Very weird.
Had an extremely stress free, no pressure experience.
Apparently they don’t need or want to sell cars...tried to buy a vehicle from them, even offered there asking price after a week of talking and they decide they don’t want to sell it out of state...must not be confident in what there selling our what there asking...what a waste of time
