Terrible place , bought a 2010 Silverado 4wd have had nothing but problems since the day took it off rhe lot last year now I'm 5k into repairs all the break calipers were frozen . The front differential bearings were bad both cv axles all the u joints in the the drive shafts were bad both motor mounts and transmission mount this vehicle is unsafe to drive POS. P.S I have family and friends that work there so if they screw me they will definitely screw ANYONE else #ALLABOUTTHEBENJAMINS
I bought a 2010 corolla sport brand new. My paint is chipping every where on my car. I called toyota and they sent me to a body shop that they do business with to get an estimate. I took it to toyota and the next day they called me and told me they will not fix it. This is the first toyota that I have ever purchased and the last. Horrible cheap paint job! James Collette was our sales person and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. He went above and beyond. Allen Toyota was the only dealership within a hundred miles with the specific 4Runner we were looking for so we traveled from Louisiana for the purchase. He was extremely accommodating. We had a great buying experience today! Excellent salesmen! We dealt with Lee Baker and James Collette. It was very busy today but they both made sure we had everything we needed! We love Toyota's and would definitely recommend this dealership and these salesmen. Great job guys!
Very unsatisfied with my salesman and the service department. I will never buy from here again. They are liars and they only want your money. Once you sign the papers and they get your money your vehicle is your problem. Good luck with the service department they can't even change your oil without damaging your oil plug and causing you too have to repair it. Worst place ever.
Purchased a new "used" CERTIFIED!!!! Toyota from this shyster dealership. Not even 3 weeks in the "Certified" truck won't start, jack is missing, pieces are rattling. So much for certified. What a joke! This was the second time I have bought from this group. I should have learned the first time and just gone to Mobile to Palmers! Buyer beware.
