I love my Allen Toyota family. They worked with me all day to get me out of my 2015 Camry that ran out of warranty into a 2017 RAV4 with a lifetime warranty. We buy all our vehicles from Allen Toyota. Even my family drives 4 hours to Gulfport to buy from them. Cedrick my finance manager and Doneshia and Chad my sales team do a great job.

I financed my car in Feb with a company through Allen Toyota in the couple of months I've had the car , it's had to have a PAY for a New starter ,new alternator,& a new battery. I'm a single mom with two kids and I take care of my mother. I will NEVER come to this place again or refer them to any of my friends and family ! Like seriously who sales a car with a sliced alternator wire be glad me and family didn't get hurt , this is a law suit waiting to happen !!!!!!!!
The Allen Toyota team went above and beyond for me to be able to ring that "I'm the owner of a new car!" bell! Terrible service department. Last few experiences have been horrible. Spend the extra money and drive to Estabrook or Slidell.
